The idea that people drive productivity and growth in an organization is one that I live by. This is because I am people oriented and believe that only the right people can drive organisational efficiency.
My name is Freda Ijiebor and I am a self-motivated, energetic and outgoing person who can talk to people at all levels and have been complimented on my ability to listen to other people as well as offer valuable and reasonable solutions.
I have a BSc. in Business Administration and I minored in Accounting from Central University, Tema Ghana. Schooling in a different environment helped me interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I learnt a great deal about diverse opinions and I have used this to harness my social skills to navigate everyday life
I have only worked for 2 years, but I have made every moment count. I have learnt to take responsibility for my work, to focus on my goals and to deal with everyone with integrity.
I am deliberate about self-introspection and this has helped me to improve on my emotional intelligence as well as my attention to detail without losing sight of the whole picture.
I am able to employ critical thinking skills, analysis and technology in whatever role I find myself, be it Human Resources, Accounting, Operations, Business Development or Strategy. I am determined to deploy the skills I have (now and the skills I would acquire in the future) to reach the peak of my career.
