I have worked as a receptionist and secretary in previous jobs.
I am aware of many challenges of front office face and am able to handle the same. Through my 4 years experience in front office activities and strong understanding of pertinent practices , feel positive that I can bring excellent customer service and front desk handling skills to your facility.
Through my experiences, I polished my skills in answering phones, directing calls to appropriate person and handling customer inquires. In addition, I am able to ensure privacy of data,maintain database of services and business contacts and also perform other clerical responsibilities as assigned.
